| Okay lets recap:
First Murder we investigated took place in Sawmill in Sandpoint ***horribly mutilated with seven point star carved into body -why a sawmill? what does the Seven point star mean?
Head out to Sanitarium *** Besides the usual scuffle and summary slaughter of foes, party learns from Grayst about Ulvein being requested to attend a meeting? His "Master" says join the pack? something about the pack -Reason to believe that there is more than one perpetrator behind the murders.
-A cult or some organization- What are their motives? what are their intentions? What is this group? Some connection with the Seven point star, obviously a symbol of their organization. What is their structure? Who is at the Head of the group? Are they just a loose conglomeration of independent actors or is there a clear hierarchy?
-Foxglove somehow connected the extent of which to this point unknown- a member of the organization or perhaps even the head of the organization?
Head out to the Farms to investigate/eradicate Ghoul investigation ***Ghouls tie their prey up and dress them as scarecrows. Why scarecrows? Easy way to hide their victims in plain sight? I for one think not, Ghouls could just as easily take their prey to some discreet location and let them turn and feast on the bodies. So why the effort to disguise as scarecrows AND create even more ghouls from their victims? Ghouls might be operating under some kind of direct/indirect orders, Part of some greater scheme?
THE FARMS (Barn) *** Bradley's barn- Several ghouls, stinks of rotting flesh and and looks like a slaughter had taken place. Why the barn? what happened in the barn? where were all the bodies from this slaughter? what are they doing with these bodies? looks like some kind of mutilation had taken place, much like what had happened at the sawmill in Sandpoint, so obviously the bodies were not tied up and dressed as scarecrows like other victims of the area- These corpses must have been used for something, but what?
back to Sandpoint ***Foxglove manor is believed to be haunted by the town guard as no one will dare to enter. Foxglove manor must be the source of these terrors? Has the Cult or group associated with the Seven Point Star taken up the manor as their own domain? | |

| Question. The maps found in the necromancer's lab. Are they showing the farms or a different location? | |

So we have discovered no real reason why Banny Harker was murdered, he appeared to be the target since his body was mutilated and marked while Katrine Vinder was "simply" shoved through the log splitter, he worked at the mill is seemingly the only reason for the murder scene. You guys learned that the star represents the 7 schools of magic of Thassilonia, as well as the seven virtues of rule and their eventual perversion by the lords of the ancient empire into essential the 7 deadly sins. - Party Badass McKowskie wrote:

Grayst tell Ulvein his master want him to join him at the Misgivings, you learned recently the Misgivings in a name used for the Foxglove Manor - Party Badass McKowskie wrote:

So why the effort to disguise as scarecrows AND create even more ghouls from their victims? Ghouls might be operating under some kind of direct/indirect orders, Part of some greater scheme? Initial thoughts would be they were tormenting their victims, perhaps they dressed them as scarecrows to scare local farmers even more when they turned and began to attack people near their homes. - Party Badass McKowskie wrote:

*** Hambley's barn- Several ghouls, stinks of rotting flesh and and looks like a slaughter had taken place. Question becomes what links some of these victims together, why are some being chosen to be mutilated and marked with the rune? Is there some element being missed? The barn appeared to be the feeding ground, perhaps the ghouls enjoyed the dark area to sleep in similar to a cave/den, there was a mix of farm animals as well as human bodies not all of the bodies were taken to become ghouls perhaps a lack of control? Or just a need for food. - Party Badass McKowskie wrote:

***Foxglove manor is believed to be haunted by the town guard as no one will dare to enter. Foxglove manor must be the source of these terrors? Has the Cult or group associated with the Seven Point Star taken up the manor as their own domain? During the rumor gathering there was no discovery of a cult or group living within the Manor, it was discovered that Rogors Craseby was the caretaker for years until recently Aldern Foxglove turned back up in town looking for people to do work on the manor having difficulties getting people to agree to it. - benjohnbo wrote:
